The Mountain Lakes Chamber in partnership with Main Street, Downtown Business Owners Association and the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship is pleased to offer a free, notable marketing workshop for local businesses on Thursday, October 13 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Chamber.
Leading the workshop is Megan Nivens-Tannett, Founder & CEO of Marketing and Public Relations firm Flourish, which provides consultative and strategic marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Marketing Strategy 101: Failure to plan is planning to fail. It’s just that simple. The #1 problem we find within businesses we interact with is the lack of strategy guiding their efforts. Developing an overarching plan is key to ensuring you target the right people at the right time, using the right platform with the right message. Where do you want your business to be in 1, 3, 5 years down the road? Do you know who your competitors are? How is your brand represented in the market? What’s your value proposition, and why should your customers care about YOU? During this workshop, you’ll learn how to determine these for your business that way what you’re seeking – success – just follows.
This workshop is open to anyone, but registration is requested. Call 256-259-5500, email firstname.lastname@example.org or register online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/marketing-strategy-workshop-for-local-businesses-tickets-422827286797. Dinner provided by the Chamber.
