A warm hello to all of you! As we gear up for the new year and all the amazing events it holds, we wanted to share all the sponsorship opportunities available with you!
We’ve provided a listing of all the events as we know them right now, as some dates and times may change, that greatly depend on your sponsorship and support. Reaching out to our community and members is one of our favorite things to do, and events like these help us accomplish so much in our community as far as outreach, networking, catching up, shaking hands, representation and well, showing off our people just a little bit.
As you can see, it’s a full year, and we look forward to hearing from you and how you would like to show your support. Please note what each bracket of sponsorship will afford you and your people, a trade we are more than happy to provide for you!
Please take some time to look over the information provided and let us know how we can serve you in your sponsorship endeavors. We are available for any questions you may have, as always. Chamber Board of Directors Meetings | 4th Thursday of each month
The Chamber Executive Committee and Board of Directors meet monthly on each fourth Thursday. This means we need help with the lunch we provide and the place the meeting is held. Typically, we see about 25 board members and guests at each meeting. If a caterer is used, this is a wonderful opportunity to ensure a Mountain Lakes Chamber member is hired for the event. (A list can be provided upon request, or you’re welcome to peruse our directory here.)
If you would like more information on how to be a Board of Directors meal sponsor or a host to provide a place for the meeting to take place in, let our Debbie know.

Business Associates Social Hour (B.A.S.H.) | Quarterly
Our B.A.S.H. events are organized and hosted by our members of the Emissary Volunteer Program. Our emissaries work hard, volunteering to stand in the gap and represent their community by showing their support, providing information and outreach and participating in networking. We’re proud of their hard work throughout the year, and sponsoring one of the four B.A.S.H. events is a great way to show your support. Each event needs a sponsor to provide refreshments and a locale. In the past, we’ve encouraged our member directory to be utilized for both needs. (A list can be provided upon request, or you’re welcome to peruse our directory here.)

We also share portions of this trip with Leadership Jackson County, which is approximately 20 people. A Gold Sponsorship covers one person, including bus fare, hotels and meals.

This trip is timed each year to put our Chamber and our federal agenda in D.C. just when the budgets most important to our community are being considered on Capitol Hill. There will be scheduled meetings with our current senators and congressman. We will also be visiting the United States Chamber of Commerce. Approximately 20-30 people attend. This is usually scheduled for February/March, according to Delegation’s work schedule. A Gold Sponsorship will cover one person, including airfare, hotels and meals.
