A total of 17 school campuses serving 5,200 students. Bridgeport Elementary and Stevenson Elementary (Pre-K-4th), Bridgeport Middle and Stevenson Middle (5-8), Bryant Elementary (Pre-K-6), Dutton, Rosalie, Flat Rock, Hollywood, Macedonia (Pre-K-8), Pisgah High School, North Sand Mountain High School, Skyline High School, Woodville High School (Pre-k- 12), North Jackson High School (9-12), and EPCOT technical school which offers eleven different career tech classes for students grades 10-12. The goal for Jackson County Schools is for all students to be proficient in reading and math and College and Career Readiness.

Scottsboro City Schools is a welcoming, nurturing, and high-achieving school district. There are five schools dedicated to inspiring, challenging, and empowering every student, every day: Nelson Elementary (PK-K), Caldwell Elementary (1-3), Collins Intermediate (4-6), Scottsboro Junior High (7-8), and Scottsboro High (9-12). Our goal is to educate the whole child by focusing on academic achievement, positive behavior, and foundational wellness all within a safe learning climate. We provide students and families with many supports and opportunities at all levels. And, our community strengthens the educational experience through active involvement and partnerships. Recently a SHS student said it best, “Our teachers push us to be the best version of ourselves — that is the Wildcat Way!”
